Green Valley is a quaint 51-home community with spacious lots and plenty of space for privacy between neighbors. The beautiful Owego Creek runs along the south side of the property and woods abound all around. This is our only exclusively 55+ community. Located in the country, just outside the small town of Newark Valley, this community is the perfect spot to settle down and enjoy life!
Over the last few years, we have focused on the major renovation of this newly acquired community. Green Valley boasts all new paved roads, new water lines, new landscaping. We installed streetlights throughout the community and planted Sugar Maples, Pin Oaks, and Ornamental Cherry trees. We have also installed new water line access and shut offs at each house, a covered mail area, and many paved home sites. All the overhead power lines have been removed and upgraded to an underground electric service.
