Green Valley

Green Valley is the newest community in the Sunrise Community family of communities. It is a quaint 51 home community with lots of room between neighbors. The beautiful Owego Creek runs along the south side of the property and woods abound all around. This country community just completed year 2 of a 3-year renovation project.  We have removed all the overhead powerlines and installed new underground electric service.  We paved the front entrance and the road from lots 1–21.  We upgraded the water lines from lots 1-21.  We installed new street lights throughout the community and planted new Sugar Maples, Pin Oaks, and Ornamental Cherry trees.

In 2021 we will finish the water upgrade to all homes and pave the remaining road to complete our infrastructure improvements.  Enjoy all these upgrades along with delicious water and weekly curbside trash/recycle pickup.
